Returns

1. Eligibility:
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
   • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products.
2. Return Process:
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bharatecard.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
   • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

1. Eligibility:
   • Refunds are only available for items that are returned within 7 days of purchase and meet the return eligibility criteria.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bharatecard.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bharatecard.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
